Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases by consumers on the Nattan website. You must accept them to place an order.

Products and prices

The products are those shown on the site with their features. Prices are in euro and include the VAT of the destination country of the goods. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the order and depend on the destination country and on the content of the order.

Order and payment

The order is concluded when you confirm it at checkout after accepting these terms. You can pay by card (through Stripe), by PayPal or by bank transfer following the instructions shown at checkout. For bank transfers the order is prepared when the payment is received. After the order you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are indicative and start from the confirmation of payment. Check the parcel on delivery and tell us at once about any damage.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you can withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. To exercise the right sign in to your account and start the return from the order, or write to info@magnaplana.com. Send the products back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. We refund the payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the products or of your proof that you sent them. The cost of returning the goods is yours. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

Legal guarantee

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). If you receive a faulty or non-conforming product write to us at once: we will offer repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

We process your data as described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.

Jurisdiction

For disputes with consumers the courts of the place where the consumer lives or is domiciled have jurisdiction, under article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). For any other customer the courts of Milan have jurisdiction.
